I feel I can now take a big breath in and take time to literally smell the roses! Life as I have known it has changed for me. Mic and I have now closed a chapter in our life, and opened a new one, and it kind of feels strange! For the past 12 years we had been in the same business. Now he has become a full time student, and we have decided that I will stay at home and be a full time ‘domestic engineer’ for the time being!
A lot of our friends and family are thinking we are a little crazy, and worrying about our financial position. And the funny thing is, I think they are more concerned then we are! We have prayed about this and made this decision over 10 months ago. It wasn’t something we took lightly, I must admit. We have carefully sat down & seen what we can & can’t afford & how we can change our spending habits etc.
We feel comfortable knowing that if we do our bit, then God will provide the rest. If we commit to the Lord whatever we do, our plans will succeed. It’s scriptural! We like to apply what the word says, and God has never let us down. He always provides! Check this out…
